Are you using a program for the nurture campaign with local assets?
if so, you could set up a smart list with a filter like this, where the program name is, for example, "Nurturing Program ABC":
The names of the local asset emails would by default contain the program name so this will sweep up all the program emails in one shot.
Alternately you could also use "Email Is" and then use the green plus sign to manually select all the emails from that program.
The "Min Number of Times" constraint will let you select the number of clicks. However, this will not distinguish I believe between clicks and unique clicks -- so you'll select people here who click on the same link twice.
