Are there other SFDC plugins that work with Marketo besides Sales Insight?

Due to challenges with Sales Insight, we are moving back to using SFDC email templates for now (we only used Sales Insight to allow sales to send Marketo emails).  A colleague who attended Summit said someone told her there were other plugins we could potentially use.  Can anyone confirm if this is the case and what those plugins are?

We would like our Sales Team to use our Marketo emails for one off emails but they need the ability to CC and BCC other email addresses on these one off email which you can't do through MSI. You don't even have the option to manually enter another email address when sending through MSI. There is the Marketo Outlook plug in but you lose the functionality of tokens which includes their sales signature and contacts first name.

Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks!
