We just completed a webinar and the status of attendeed/no show is not syncing to Marketo. I am getting the following error message: Refresh of 'WBN-2015.03.24 Training Effectiveness' failed
API Error: Authentication succeeded, but access to the requested resource is denied.
First thing I'd do, if you have admin access, is check your accounts' connection status(es) in the Launchpoint section. May be as simple as logging back into the account to reestablish the connection.
