Just to confirm, if a lead is added to an engagement program, he/she will not receive the same emails twice? What if they enter a different stream of that same engagment program?
It doesn't matter if they jump from stream to stream or engagement program to program. A lead will only get a given eamil once. If you clone an email, but everything in it stays the same, that is technically a different email (and they could get THAT twice)
