You could easily add a checkbox to the form.

Fawn Floyd Vivian Chan, Digesto will definitely do what you're looking for. It takes any RSS feed and converts it to a set-it-and-forget-it Marketo email program. Just have your blog form trigger a campaign to subscribe people to that program in Marketo and you're done.
