About noise data in Marketo

We are considering deleting the noise data, but I would like to confirm whether this noise data is really noise data.

This is the answer, but when I export it, blank data appears except for Marketo ID. Therefore, it does not appear in the Marketo activity log.

Still not clear. What do you see when you look at an individual lead in Marketo and select Activity Log tab? You can include some screenshots.
