Section 1:
Section 1 is all about building and managing your programs! You want to be able to identify the 4 different program types, when to use them, why we use that one and not another one. You also need to understand when to use 'default' program. Section 1 also covers tags, cloning, custom tags, importance of period costs, recognizing when to use lead scoring.
Section 2:
Modifying a form using form editor, landing pages, snippets, draft and approved assets, local and global assets!
Section 1 question to answer:
A Marketer is considering the use of a default program, when should this type of program be used?
A. For in person events
B. For any other initiative than an event, emails or engagement
C. For nurturing initiatives
