Hi Carla,
Lead scoring in Marketo serves several purposes:
1. Prioritizing Leads - It helps prioritize leads based on their behaviour, demographics, and engagement level. By assigning scores to leads, we can identify which ones are most likely to convert, allowing us to focus our efforts effectively.
2. Aligning Sales and Marketing - It ensures that sales teams receive leads that are genuinely interested and ready for communication. When leads reach a certain score, they can be passed to sales, resulting in higher conversion rates.
Hi @Carla_Cabaceir1 - Thank you for all your help during this mentorship program.
Now that we're at the end, do you have any suggestions before we take the certification exam? Additionally, do you know when we will receive the exam vouchers?
Thanks,
