If you set "mail reader" on Smart List, when you count it, 216 people on the Smart List will get results.
However, when examining the number of e-mail openers of the campaign, the result will be 314 as follows.
Please let me know if such a difference occurs, who knows possible reasons.
Make a note that when creating a smart list and using the filter "opened email" you will see a list of all people who have opened the email, regardless of how many times they did. When you view the email performance report, you will see the total number of opens, many of those could be from the same person opening the email more than once.
Hi Devraj - the email performance report shows the number of PEOPLE who registered each metric (not the number of times each metric occurred). You may be getting this confused with the "email link performance report" which does include a column for "clicks" - which measures the total number of clicks even those that were clicked multiple times by the same person.
