Over the past year, Marketo Engage has been rolling out email verification to customers. After our rollout correction earlier this year, the email verification status of the SSO Only users and any users having a shared email conflict were changed back to ‘Unverified’.
Today, Marketo has proactively triggered emails to any and all users who have an unverified email address in an effort to get these users ready for migrations to Adobe Admin Console and Adobe Identity. Users can access Marketo Engage with their Marketo ID regardless of email verification status until their subscriptions migrate. However, only users with verified email addresses can be migrated to Adobe identities.
