Issue

Using Personalized URLs in an email.

Solution

To include personalized URLs in your emails, you need to create a custom field that stores the value of that URL. Then you can call on a token in your email.

To do this:

1. Create a custom field for the URLs.
2. Export a list of personalized URLs.
3. Import the CSV that you just exported and map the personalized URLs to your new custom field.
4. Use the token for your custom field in your email.
    

Any custom field will have a token automatically available in the usual format, for example {{lead.PURL}}.
