Need someone with HTML/CSS expertise to help re-design our Marketo Email & Landing Page templates

We are re-designing our Marketo email and landing page template and need someone with HTML/CSS skills and experience in designing Marketo email and landing page templates to be responsive and mobile-friendly. This is a one-time project. We have the Photoshop files so just need someone to convert them into Marketo templates, test them in different email clients using Litmus or similar, and fix any issues.
