View/Manage Notification Subscriptions - Campaign Failure, Sync, etc.

Thank you Marketo for the notification feature, it has helped us react to potential issues quickly, especially the sync and exhausted content alerts. While I think the feature is great, it is very limited:

Today, you can subscribe to notifications in the tool, but you cannot view/manage your current notification subscriptions. You cannot unsubscribe to a notification in Marketo, you have to dig out a notification email and click unsub there.

I want to encourage our campaign teams to subscribe to notifications, specifically those that can help them react to campaign issues, but the first question that I'll get is, "how can I see what I'm subscribed to?"

Please make it possible to view/manage notifications within Marketo.

This came up as an issue recently in our team, and it seems to me to be one of those hygiene factors that should JUST BE IN THE PLATFORM, but isn't.  Now as a consequence, despite the fact Marketo like it, it's not really ever going to get enough votes to get ahead of some of the other important ideas.  Things like this should just be taken care of.  This is an example of one of the problems with ideas, Marketo can simply say not enough of the community want it to justify any development time when really its a really standard feature that should be added.

I had an issue where I was not subscribed properly to a notification a year ago. I subscribed to every type, since you can't see what types you are currently subscribed to vs. which ones you missed. This year I had a break and somehow wasn't subscribed to the notification type (although support had to guess that, since they can't see what I'm subscribed to) and recommended I re-subscribe to everything. We need to make our subscriptions more transparent, because it's super unclear right now!

Greetings, I believe that notification subscription is a very useful feature for Marketo administrators/users to detect errors and take action, but I am puzzled that Marketo does not show who has subscribed to which notification type after they have subscribed to a notification subscription.

I understand that there are not many contributors to this topic, but it would be great if Adobe would consider making the notification subscription status visible and manageable.
