Shared Lists in Campaigns

Currently "shared" lists and smart lists are accessible in all of our workspaces but unable to be used in campaigns globally (only in the workspace they are stored in). We would love this functionality in the future. Each workspace corresponds to a different business unit in our instance and each business unit targets the other units databases for upselling and prosepctings. The ability to share lists for campaigns would greatly our processes.

Unfortunately this is not supported at this time however, you can clone the lists from the shared folder into the Workspace that you are working from and then reference the cloned list in your campaign.

That's what we're doing now - and it's so painful to keep these smart lists up-to-date across all 24 workspaces (and create new ones), considering we have so many workspaces.
