It would be nice if we had the option to say that an email shouldn't count toward communication limits. It's useful to be able to say that we should ignore communication limits, but if we ignore communication limits then we're still adding to the weekly tally of the number of emails a person has received in a week.
As of now, our only option is to up our communication limits, or rearrange the order in which we do our weekly sends to prevent this issue.
