It would be fabulous if Best Bets can look at a lead queue, not just lead owner. We have teams that work a queue so they don't own the lead in the initial stages, so it would be great if they can all see the best bets for team prioritization.

Agreed - I am working with a client right now that has no owners - we are having to set up custom views for team members.
