RTP | Profile Segmentation - Not in Segment "XYZ"

The title says it all. It would be great if when you are creating a Segment in Real-Time Personalization, if one of the profile options was to say that they aren't a member of another Segment.

You often want to run similar but different campaigns depending on how interesting ($$) a prospect is to you. Overlap between the campaigns could be embarassing. Especially if the offers are dramatically different.

Thanks for the Marketo RTP idea on Segmentations.

We discussing and working on ideas to prioritize segments over others, in order to avoid overlap campaigns.

Your idea: is not in Segment "XYZ" is an interesting angle and take on it, which we will consider.

Please please. It's unclear for us how two competing campaigns take priority.

We'd love you to consider
1) Make the prioritization function effective here. IE, if I say 1, it fires before a 2
2) Do what's in the original post. Let the campaign segment use additional segments and give us an EXCLUDE. Would love to be able to do
SEGMENT A
and
SEGMENT B
but NOT/EXCLUDE
SEGMENT C
It way too tedious to go and develop Segments that have exclude in them. We'd rather have the logic rest at the campaign level or at least have a little more complexity in how we declare the campaign segments.
