RCA: Allow Custom Measures

Being a SaaS ourselves, we have a few different custom Opp fields we use to measure income data (such as Aggregate MRR, Setup Fee, etc.) We need to be able to add these custom numeric fields to RCA as measures. Right now we can only add them as dimensions, which doesn't do us much good.

Would love to have this option, there are quite a few custom measures I would love to have in RCE, the opportunity amount only represents one dimension of the revenue associated to and opportunity.
