Outages section in the community

Hi Guys!

Recently had an issue with email deliverability which looked odd so the first place I jumped to was the community to see if there was any notification of some kind of outage/issue.

After a few days, I had a response to my post on the community about the error and it was discovered and fixed days ago but no notification was sent/accessible even though it had longer term effects on my campaign. This outage had a fairly major impact on a couple of my clients and I think it would have been important to receive / be able to look-up some form of notification instead of just discovering that something was wrong through trial and error...

So my idea is to have a section in the community where we can go to see if there are any outages that could affect our campaigns. I wouldn't expect to see EVERY support request in the section, but things like "Brief email outage caused by a temporary spam listing - resolved within 2 hours, please check your active campaigns because you may receive false spam bounces" could have worked in this instance.

Warm regards,
Nora

Cool idea Nora.

I don't know if this had the outage listed, but you might bookmark this page for future problems:

Thanks Steven, this is a good page to be aware of, but I don't think it provides the email delivery performance feedback that Nora is suggesting.  She's got my vote on this idea.

Agree, we also had issues with email deliverability (I believe it was the same issue affecting all of us) and it would've been great to have a single place to check to see if it was just us or a larger issue, since normally our deliverability is very good.

Thanks Tracy! So you click the orange Subscribe link, and it will send you email alerts? That's useful.

I'm fairly sure that's how I subscribed to the alerts I get. Glad that helps!
