only being able to see the last 60 days on interesting moments on an account is not very useful when you have a prduct witha 6-12 month sales cycle. our sales people have to look at histiry for each contact if they want to see a history of interesting moments for an account - say they want to see when that account first interacted with us. if the account has 100 cotacts this is just not doable. i really think we need to be able to adjust these settings so a compay with a long sales cycle can see total history or 6 months or a year etc.
i know the opportunity influence analyzer helps here but sales popel don't have access to this - they only have access to sales insight data
