Nicole I was wondering if you might be able to point me to any documentation about th privacy laws in Australia. That's one of the areas that we also will be marketing to.
Unfortunately, I can't point you to a specific document - I just spoke with consultants and users about this.
One of the issues in Australia that I was told about was that if someone uses the forward to a friend function, he'd have to have explicit permission from that friend to pass on his information. Unfortunately, this has been a while and I don't remember all the details.
You should definitely research this more, if you are marketing in that region.
