We have just started using the Marketo Event App. 15 events, so far! It saves us a lot of time and we are very thankful for it! It makes our events that extra bit polished and professional.
Our field marketing team would like to be able to add notes about the conversations they are having with leads and customers at the event in real time: E.g. Pricing request, demo request, subscribe to..., send product information etc. Currently, they have to wait until event finishes to input data. It would be a lot more tidy to do it on the spot.
