Marketing Calendar with Upcoming Emails

Marketing Calendar with Upcoming Emails

When you have many campaigns running, it can be difficult to know which emails will be delivered on what day. I'd like to see a calendar, like that in Outlook, showing which emails will go out at what time on each day.

That will make it easier to avoid overlapping emails and spot gaps in communication.

This is a lovely idea. We've been keeping an excel spreadsheet that's regularly updated with the email dates, but it would be awesome if this was available and could be sent out similarly to the reports - listing details like rules for the target lists and how many leads the email is set to affect.

Has there been any update on this calendar view of scheduled campaigns functionality? Will it still be released this "summer"?

Any word on this? Is it coming in the fall? I'm currently manually entering all our scheduled email blasts into a Google calendar, but I'd like to be able to have a calendar with all Marketo activity, even back-end stuff. We occasionally hit our API call limit on SFDC and I'd like to know when campaigns are scheduled so that we won't accidentally break our sync.

Calendar should link to the smart campaign that is set to run or even better have buttons directly on the calendar that allow the user to change the schedule/cancel the smart campaign.

At the most basic level, we absolutely require a master dashboard that shows all of the emails that are scheduled to deploy, when they are scheduled and a link to the smart campaign.

We had a training snafu last Friday in which an email was erroneously scheduled to send on Monday. Thankfully it went to a small list, but if we had a master dashboard showing all scheduled emails, then we would have quickly caught that error.

This dashboard needs to roll up all scheduled emails in one single place. An event-by-event calendar that requires several clicks to access and several layers to sort through simply won't cut it.

Hi Cheryl,

The link you provided http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KzQc is giving the error "An Error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later".

Can you resend?

Thanks

This would be really great. Running multiple campaigns with a simple excell sheet is becoming way too difficult. I am voting for it!
