The scenario is simple, I need 1000 contacts that meet X and Y criteria, to be called by xyz Salesforce Queue. The difference between percentiles of a very large audience, (around 50k) is the difference between having 1000 and 1500 contacts. Sure, there is always the workaround to go through a series of smartlists to make them around such audience. But sometimes you really need 1000 not 1020, or 980.

Phoenix User Group​  Please look at this idea and vote it up - as mentioned in our User Group meeting this would be a great way to send to a large list over time, and a Number instead of percentage would make it easier.

That is another excellent case scenario for the same purpose, sending by chunks of X per day out of the total smart list sounds like a very good way to defend ourselves from the inevitable broad audience email that will come every now and then and being able to pinpoint much more easily the spam traps. I hope they take a look at it.
