There is not currently the option to edit the font style of the title within the email in Predictive Content. Nor is there any way to edit the back end code, and there are no out-of-the-box methods to change the font. As such, the font style doesn't match our brand guidelines (and probably doesn't match most of Marketo's customers brand either).
