Email Program Dashboard suggestions

I love the dashboards that show you all of the key metrics in one view. However, there do need to be some enhancements. For example:

- Can you filter the dashboards the same why you are able to filter email performance reports. For example I include a large seed list and the the dashboard includes those numbers as well

- Also, the only way to view the actual opens or clicks is to hover the bars. Can you just simple display the actual number so we won't need to hover over each bar and we can actually see a trend.

Along with this, it feels intuitive to me to click on the bars/graphs/numbers to "dig down" into that area. So if it were clicks, I could click on the "click" graph and be taken to further details - like a list of all the people who clicked.
