I just ran into this problem yesterday with creating new engagment programs. My version of Marketo only allows 4 engagement programs total, so, in order to create a new program, I was forced to delete the archived engagement programs. Luckily these were only learning programs so the data doesnt matter, however it doesnt seem intuitive that we should have to delete all of our past data in order to run new programs. Maybe the rule should be that you can only have 4 active programs but as many archived programs as wanted...otherwise at some point we just lose all of our program data in order to run new programs.
