Usually, it you want to keep you marketing instance organized, one of the consequences is that MSI emails or smart campaigns are buried deeply in the folder tree, making them very hard to find. e.g. (real life example):
It is likely that many sales will stop before reaching the 10th level. Furthermore, it is likely that Marketing people will use coded names for their assets to keep them short.
Is would be great that, when publishing an email or a smart campaign to MSI, we could in fact create a virtual folder structure, gave the email or the smart campaign a sales friendly name. Sales would see that friendly name and foldering that would make it much easier.
Furthermore, the marketing person would be able to send a end date for the resource, at which an email would be unapproved and the smart campaign would be deactivated.
