Convert old forms to the new 2.0 forms

It would be great if we could convert our old forms to the new 2.0 forms. This would give us more options for the fields and easier embedding.

Before that - Marketo Request:  Please document that forms built with 1.0 cannot be converted.

We’d love this too so we don't have to start from scratch re-creating forms in 2.0. Even if this isn’t seamless and still requires some manual work, a headstart would be fantastic.

so, i assume there is still no way to convert old form that i'm using to the 2.0 mode? i'd have to recreate and replace it, correct? that's a pity indeed
