When I run a campaign that does not include a mailing (progression status update for example) and the schedule page shows members are 'blocked from mailing' I would like to understand if they are also blocked from the campaign flow and if so, why?
They are not blocked from the campaign flow. They are only blocked from receiving the email. The leads on the blocked from mailing include are unsubsribed, Email Invalid, etc.
Thanks Cheryl for the answer - one more question. If I have 500 people qualified for a program and 450 blocked from mailing, does that mean only 50 people will receive my email? Or is the 450 in addition to the 500 who are qualified?
