Admin log for List Imports

I searched and didn't see anything along this request :

We have several global offices loading Lead Lists from events and ad programs 24/7. I really need a log where I can see time/date and user for list imports, so that I can audit if the import was performed properly. Instead of yet another alert into clogged Inboxes, a log page would be a frequently used resource. A nice to have would be a live link through to the List in Marketing Activities, so I can check Program progression status and other key values.

One workaround: create a report of type "Lead Performance" and group by Original Source Info.  Then filter Original Source Type to only show lists.

The resulting report will give you a list of all leads created by list imports for the given time period.

Gary, administrative logs are sorely needed in Marketo and numerous previous Ideas about this have been merged into the following master Idea - please vote for it.

In the interim, you may find that the Leads by Campaign report or if you have RCE, the Program Membership Analysis, may help give you some visibility into this.

we also had issue that lists were sometimes improperly formatted. our workaround is that we now use a Marketing zendesk.  Field Marketing Managers send their lists with info on programe name, type of activities, product interest, level of urgency (for loading) through system. And then info is automatically sent to a centralized department that checks lists, loads them and once a week this department gives us an audit spreadsheet with how many leads were in initial list, how many leads were loaded and how many leads were pushed to CRM.
