I would like to be able to export this list into excel. Also, since today (8/30) this is the first time this list has been made available to us, it would help to have more than 3 business days to go through and evaluate this list.
I'd also like to add that I wish there was a way we could edit the campaigns that have not been triggered in 6 months without modifying the timestamp on the smart campaign. Right now, to keep the campaign from being automatically deactivated, you have to go in and deactivate it and reactivate it. This changes the time stamp - so now I am losing the actual last date these campaigns were modified.
I am not at all happy about this and especially the lack of notice. I should be able to choose what I want to deactivate. A report/alert of campaigns they would recommend is fine but to just turn things off is not OK with me.
We now receive a few days notice (still not enough IMO) via email as such
I really wish that there was a way to check or flag campaigns so as to NOT be able to be deactivated automatically, even though I understand the housekeeping good safety measures behind it!
Also, Liz (Courter) Oseguera or Scott Wilder, this should be closed or marked as solved, as we are now able to export the list per the original request.
