Some organizations have multiple webinars that they have integrated with Webinar Providers and it is not ideal to have to check each associated event and insure that the attended statues and no show status have synced in the case that this information was not automatically pushed over by the Provider.
For those cases where the statues were not automatically synced the Event Action “Refresh from Webinar Provider” is provided, but this should be ran automatically by Marketo and not left to the user to have to click this button in the event that the Provider did not push this info over. Perhaps this could be ran automatically by Marketo after a certain time?
