Allow us to add comments/notes to individual filters, triggers and flow steps

We have many complex smart campaigns within our environment (especially as part of our lead lifecycle).  Often times, I'll refer back to a campaign and wonder why something was created like it was.  It would be very helpful if we had the ability to attach comments to the individual triggers, filters and flow steps that make up a smart campaign.

This would be very helpful for us because we have so many Marketo users. It would be helpful if they could know exactly what they are looking at and why so we are using the right programs and keeping things organized.

+1 to this. We have an integration-building tool called Workato we use which has this ability. It makes me a lot more confident that other people looking at it will understand what components are for and not make changes to break them! See how it has comments on the right side? Would be amazing to have in flow steps.
