Traditionally, we set up a trigger-based smart campaign to change program statuses when someone converts for one of our campaigns. I just ran my first email program campaign, and was frustrated that this is no longer an option -- everything has to be filter-based. From what I can tell, this isn't something that is available in the new release -- but hopefully I'm wrong 🙂
It's great for our reps to have a heads up as people are converting, rather than a day later, to ensure appropriate follow-up timing.
