It will be great if Marketo developpe "drill down" function inside dashboard. so that we can clic on the numbers and see directly from dashboard all people who clic or open email without going back to creat smart list one by one.
Completely agree. I know Marketo does a lot compared to, say, a Mailchimp, but I think the customer base would expect something like this. It's the basic level of reporting in a less-enterprise tool like MailChimp. Especially since all the data actually exists.
Could not agree more here. Knowing who opened and who clicked an email, along with which links were clicked is so basic for email reporting that I can't believe it's not included by default in the new Dashboard.
It would be really awesome if this functionality would be build in. The reports can also be made in the analytics section but it would be so much easier if we just have to click on the numbers and see who unsubsribed, who clicked on which link, etc.
