So we found out today that tokens work in triggered campaigns but not batch campaigns.  No big deal, only had 5 people spend 2 hours trying to figure it out...

Can we have tokens work in both batch and triggered campaigns?

This isn't quite true. There are a few tokens that work that way, but not all of them. Which token were you trying to use?
