Allow to paste text in emails without pre-formatting

Issue: When pasting text into an email using the Marketo editror, even though I use notepad or "paste as plain text" options, the html element is surrounded by <pre> tags, skewing the original formatting of the email. 

This error seems to be comming from ta recent update because this is a new issue that I had not encountered before 09-2014

Potential Fix: Update the editor to allow us to paste the content of an email from an external source without adding <pre> tags and other formatting.

David, I think there's another idea here and I've asked others for a Support ticket. Support claimed this was the intended behavior because the system assumes TEXT = Preformatted. Clearly not the case.
