Allow report subscriptions to include multiple reports (same for smart list subscriptions)

I need to send out four RCE reports to each of our country marketers (23) each month.  Due to the limitations of the current report subscription functionality, this will require me to set up almost 100 subscriptions.  It would be so much easier for me to setup a single subscription for each country and attach all four reports to each subscription.
