when i click on 'comment' to reply to a support case, i cannot see the string of comments which more often than not i need to refer to when writing my comment.
i need to screenshot, or have 2 browsers open to get around this...
This is essential! I can't count the number of times I've gotten an automated email from Marketo Support saying that a response is required from me for a certain case.
Then I go into the support section and have no idea what information they need ebcause I can't see the previous comments. It takes so long to figure out what they wanted and where the case is - I'm with you Sam, this would be so helpful!
Great idea Sam. We'll work with our developers on including the case history so you can view the activity thread when you are posting a reply. We certainly want to provide solutions and not workaround, so stay turned for when this feature becomes available.
