allow history to be shown when replying to support cases

allow history to be shown when replying to support cases

when i click on 'comment' to reply to a support case, i cannot see the string of comments which more often than not i need to refer to when writing my comment.

i need to screenshot, or have 2 browsers open to get around this...

help! 🙂

This is essential! I can't count the number of times I've gotten an automated email from Marketo Support saying that a response is required from me for a certain case.

Then I go into the support section and have no idea what information they need ebcause I can't see the previous comments. It takes so long to figure out what they wanted and where the case is - I'm with you Sam, this would be so helpful!

Yes please... The work around is a hassle - particularly when one is already stressed because they have an issue worthy of a support ticket : )

Great idea Sam. We'll work with our developers on including the case history so you can view the activity thread when you are posting a reply.  We certainly want to provide solutions and not workaround, so stay turned for when this feature becomes available.
