Allow email programs to send more than one email.

Unlike in default programs that allow you to send an email and put a flow step to wait a certain time period before sending a second email within the same program, you are only able to send one email using one email program. So if you want to take advantage of the head start scheduling and reporting capabilities of an email program, you'll need to create an email program for each send even if you're emailing the same smart list multiple times. So much for marketing automation!

Agreed. I'm not sure why they didn't allow it for the other programs within Marketo.

Another benefit of this, that doesn't involve the head start functionality, is for companies like us who send our emails to different time zones. I only have one email (segmented) and I would like to schedule it in one email program but send to each segment at a different time. A wait step would allow me to do this.

Agreed, but IMHO, this should not be done through a wait step when in a email program. This should just be an option in the email program scheduling tab where we could ask for each lead to be sent the email in it's time zone.

For wait steps and regular flows, there are quite a few ideas re. time zone support such as

Thanks Gregoire. I definitely agree. If, however, they can't support local time zone delivery for whatever reason, a wait step could be a simple bandaid.
