Allow Custom System Wide Tokens

As you all know, you can create tokens local to a folder or a program, but this forces you to keep all of your content in Marketing Activities in a folder if you want the tokens to apply to all content in MA. Ex//: All my tokens live in !Global, but that means that z_Operational or any of my other folders don't inherit them....

In the example above, there is no way to have tokens apply to all of the folders listed other than to re-create the tokens in each folders setup or build a folder with all these folders in it.

I guess I really wish you could set custom instance tokens in Admin and have them apply to all folders and programs in Marketing Activities and all assets in the Design Studio. I know I can create 1 folder and drag all my crap in there, but that just creates an extra click anytime I want to look at anything.

Thought on this from the community?! Would this be helpful? Or annoying to see inherited tokens in every folder/program?
