Allow Abort Campaign abort Email Programs

Currently the new Abort Campaign feature only allows the abilty to abort batch campaigns. If this feature could be enhanced to also include Email Programs it would provide a level of control that is missing from Email Programs and could potentially prevent some huge mistakes.

We could certainly use this feature.  There has been more than a few times where an email is approved and then suddenly something changes, or a typo is noticed after the email has already begun running.

I think users could also benefit from an abort button for an engagement program stream.

I reality, I think users should have the ability to abort whatever action they wish.  Restricting this to just certain assests limits the freedom to make mistakes, or abort system intensive processes.
