We have 21 country workspaces. While we try to standardize on as few forms as possible, we still need to have 21 variations of each of these forms (since you cannot share forms across workspaces). The ability to use a master list of values for "select/drop-down" fields - like "Country", "Functional Role", etc. will make it must easier to deploy any changes needed across all of the forms in the future - instead of having to update every form across all workspaces. Even if you have a handful of forms, I can see how this would still be helpful.
