There should be separate access rights for email programs. We want to give Marketo users read and write access to email programs and read only access to smart campaigns.
At this point, Marketo allows to give edit rights to all Marketing assets, you cannot restrict the edit right to certain marketing assets( like email program etc..) within Marketin activities.
