Ability to share customized views with the team

Hello:

It would be nice to be able to share customized views with other memebers of the team.  WE like to share information from webinars in the same fashion each time we run one, so it would be helpful especially for new members of the team if they are able to select the view that is needed from another user.  Of course, the views would not be able to be edited unless you have permission or are the owner of the view.

SharePoint has similar features so when you create a view you can declare it public or private. We use this type of feature to declare what is appropriate organization wide (public) and what is individual/small team oriented (private).

Would love to see this in Marketo - we hit this all of the time and they ask how I got that information and I'll just change the view to get the data set I want. This gets even more critical as your team size grows - it is very easy for someone to leave off a field or have a different order if each and every one has to manually recreate it.
