Ability to add a description next to each channel steps

Hi,

That would be great if we had ability to add next to each channel step (sent / engaged / completed) a brief description.

Some steps are straight forward (e.g. sent) but other need explanation like by engaged we mean "clicked" or "has filled out a form". How do you proceed? Do you have external documentation?

At least add a description field at the top of the Edit Channel dialog box similar to the ability to add descriptions to smart lists, smart campaigns, programs, forms, emails and landing pages.

I've created external documentation for clients before, but I'd much prefer inline documentation like this.
