So today I was running my final test event and noticed that when accessing the event on Mobile form the confirmation email, I am required to add my Registration ID and the Password. Even though I have a webex application on my phone. it is not required on the desktop... I also use the {{member.webinar url}} in the confirmation email.

when you set up your event in Webex, select "No" for "Registration ID required".

We selected registration required = 'yes' in order for every registrant to receive the unique URL. we had to trouble-shoot, but so far everything is working perfect.
