We also had the same issue! Glad to know it was not just our instance. I created drafts of the emails and re-approved and was able to clone.
We are still having the same issue. Any update from Support on when this will be fixed?
I got an update to my Support ticket last night. The Engineering Team is developing a patch to resolve this. They're supposed to update me once the patch has been completed.
