What is the difference b/w Marketo and ESP?

ESP are for sending emails. 

In Marketo, you can send emails but also you can build landing pages, forms, score leads, sync information from and to systems, clean data, measure marketing impact on revenue, ensure proper attribution for different marketing channels, and more.
